Inventé par Marcel Duchamp (1887-1968), le terme d’inframince interroge la différence invisible entre deux phénomènes. Un courant d’air est une manifestation
de l’inframince. Tout comme la chaleur d’un siège qui vient d’être quitté. Ce mémoire
est une initiation à la traque de l’inframince. Il sera à l’origine de mon projet
de diplôme : l’InfraSystem®, a modular reusable bio-sourced construction system.

Coined by Marcel Duchamp (1887–1968), the term “inframince” questions
the invisible difference between two phenomena. A draft is a manifestation
of the inframince. So is the warmth of a seat that has just been left.
This dissertation is an introduction to the chase of the inframince. It will form
the basis of my diploma project: the InfraSystem®, a modular reusable
bio-sourced construction system.
